How to use the reverse function of the controller？
If you want to use the reverse function, you need to adjust the controller parameters in the FARDRIVER App. Under Functions: Change Backward Pin from 0-NC to PIN8. Under Product: Change BackEnable from 0 to 1.
Why did the motor suddenly stop spinning after it started？
The controller and motor power are large, so the one-time output current of your power pack is too large, which turns on the self-protection. Charge your power pack for a few minutes and it will be ready for normal use.
Why does my electric dc motor turn in the wrong direction and slowly?
Check whether the phase wires and Hall wires are properly connected, disconnect the self-learning wire and connect again, let the motor self-study 10 to 20 seconds, then disconnect it, there is no need to connect it after motor rotates normally.
Is there any parts replacement support for this product after purchase?
