The Jasion X-Hunter bike is an excellent product overall. The ride quality, performance, and overall design have met my expectations. The only reason I am not giving it a five-star rating is due to issues with the setup process and a current product concern.

First, the installation instructions could be clearer. It would be very helpful if there were direct links to the correct assembly video (as there appear to be two versions) as well as clearly organized written documentation. During assembly, there were small but important details that were not clearly explained—such as the correct orientation of the front wheel, the proper positioning of the handlebar latch, and the best method for aligning the handlebars. Although I was able to resolve these issues on my own, clearer guidance would have made the experience smoother and more user-friendly.

Second, I purchased the two-bike bundle, and one of the bikes has an issue with the ring around the seat post opening. The ring moves, and I have not been able to secure it in a stationary position. While the seat post does not slide up or down once inserted, it does rotate, which is frustrating. I have contacted customer support regarding this issue but have not yet received a response.

Lastly, the bike arrived requiring rear brake adjustments. While this may be common or possibly due to shifting during transportation, I would have expected the pre-assembled components to meet standard alignment upon arrival.

Despite these concerns, the bike itself performs very well, and I would still recommend it to others.

First off let me say that I've been a biker for my whole life. I didn't by a cheaper ebike to compare to my 4k carbon bike. I wanted something to have fun and enjoy nature when I didn't feel like punishing myself on a 20 mile ride.

Excellent design and options considering this is a 1K Jasion X-Hunter. In my world, I would replace many cheap parts, and nobody offered exactly what I wanted. So, I bought this X-Hunter and made the changes.
It's fast, it's powerful, the battery is strong, and it's a fantastic start to an obscure race to the top with ebikes. I've put this bike through it's paces, both gnarly hills and rough terrain, and it performed admirably. These bikes aren't made to go up hills like a mountain bike, I would say they are more for rolling terrain and urban outings, but again I have gone places I would normally only go with my mountain bike and I'm impressed…BUT….keep reading. I would give this bike 3 stars for many reasons…mostly that the parts are cheap, but given the price and customer response time I give it a 5.
What I upgraded.
1. Newer 5 speed shifter (trigger shifter) not the junk that the bike comes with.
2. Newer 5 speed freewheel (that is the rear cassette/gears)
3. Newer derailleur, (the one that comes with the bike is embarrassingly GARBAGE, please Jasion, replace the Shifter and derailleur. For $20 dollars more you can have a tried and true brand component that works!
4. Zoom Ebike hydraulic 2 piston brakes, this should be standard, but a MUST upgrade. I will take a picture of my upgraded version soon.

I will be upgrading the cranks and the front form eventually.

Warning and Notes, the pedals should be replaced ASAP, and please please go through each bike component and tighten them ALL! Wear a helmet, and don't mess with the computer. This bike is set up perfectly, if you insist on going 30 miles an hour on a 1K ebike then it's your call.

I would like to add that I also gave Jasion 5 stars because I feel that a good company will better their bikes over time and I hope they do, this is a solid ebike and I'll be buying another one for my wife.

Bought two of these bikes and one was missing the seat insert post. Got ahold of the company and they sent one immediately to me.

I purchased the Jasion Hunter Pro E bike at Amazon after watching countless e bike videos on Youtube. I was impressed by the rugged styling, fat tires and it's ability to fold for transporting. I received the bike within days of placing my order. I assembled it quickly (30 mins) and took it for my first ride. I rode on a bike trail a few days after a big snow and found myself feeling like a 66 year old teenager. The peddle assist is super responsive and kind to older riders with it's large comfy saddle and the front and rear baskets that were thrown into my purchase of the bike. When I needed technical assistance with a wiring harness that I pulled apart during assembly, the folks at Jasion sent me the wiring harness and a new headlight at no cost to me. This is a great product with high end customer service and technical support to go with it.

So far the bike itself is great. The seat thought doesn't stay stationary no matter how tight I make it. The directions were not altogether great. I had to figure out how to attach front break on my own. BUT this bike is so far sooooo fun to ride. We went on our first ride and no issues… Beside the seat shifting. I recommend.

Terrific E-bike and customer service folks were top notch!
As my title says, just an outstanding mid-priced e-bike that is well balanced and powerful! (First gear takes some getting used to as it is jumpy right off the bat, but other than that, just a blast to ride!)
It is foldable, but rather heavy to lift unless you take out the battery.
Folded, it easily fits in the back payload area of a Honda Odyssey van as long as you can manage to lift it.
