⭐☆☆☆☆ I really wanted to like the Jasion Pro Hunter, but this has been one of the most disappointing purchases I’ve made.
First and most concerning, the bike I received was clearly used, even though it was sold and priced as brand new. After setting it up and connecting it to the app, I saw that it already had nearly 50 miles on the odometer. This is verifiable data tracked directly through the app, so there’s no question about it. A new bike should not have that kind of mileage. This alone is unacceptable and immediately broke my trust in the brand and seller.
To make matters worse, the condition of the bike further proves it was not new. The fender arrived broken, and there were visible scuff marks on the frame, showing clear signs of prior use. This is not what anyone expects when paying $1,000 for a new product. It feels misleading and dishonest.
The sizing is also a major issue. The bike claims to fit riders as short as 5'2", which is my exact height, but even with the seat fully lowered, I can barely reach the ground. That’s not just inconvenient—it feels unsafe and makes stopping or balancing stressful.
The ride quality only adds to the frustration. Whether using pedal assist or throttle, the bike is extremely jerky and inconsistent. I’ve tried adjusting settings and resetting it, but nothing fixes the issue. I have back problems, and the constant jolting makes the bike uncomfortable and unusable for longer rides.
On top of that, this bike is far too bulky for something advertised as “foldable.” It’s still difficult to maneuver, transport, and store. The oversized tires don’t improve comfort—they just add to the heavy, clunky feel.
Overall, this experience has been incredibly frustrating. Receiving a used and damaged bike, combined with poor sizing and rough ride quality, makes this product a complete letdown. I no longer trust this brand and cannot recommend it. I expect a resolution, as this is not what was paid for or promised.
