This bike seemed great for the 5 minutes I rode it. Later went to charge it and it does not hold a charge. The green light stays on the charger but the green lights on the bike quickly fade away. No customer support! You chat via virtual assistant that can’t help you and claims to put you in que to chat with a human. No one ever gets on to chat with you. Useless bike now! Poor service and Amazon is no help in the matter.

I use this at work and to explore like a youngin! I am 58 with Arthritis in my knees and ankles, this scooter allowes me to go on bike rides, long walks, and just mini errands. It allows me freedom I haven't had in years while exercising the muscles around my knees. I love it!

This Jetson scooter, with 14-inch wheels and a 350w motor, is pretty decent, seems reliable, and would work for most people who desire a non-pedaling scooter to get them around (commuting in the city and campgrounds/RVs come immediately to mind). I got it and liked it fine at first, but I live at the base of a mountain, and there are lots of hills, etc. in the area. It got me up medium grades, but it didn't work so well on the steeper stuff. It also used a lot of power carrying me uphill (5'9", 180 lbs), and in my neighborhood that translated to a top range of maybe seven miles.

I took it to the city trail system that runs all around town. It's mostly flat, but often the track is unpaved with lots of small rocks scattered about. I lasted about a mile. With no shocks and small wheels, it was too rough a ride–and riding the trail system was one of my major intentions. Again, this is a decent bike that would work for many, especially on flat ground that's paved or fairly smooth. But in my situation it didn't quite cut it, so I returned it and got a more-powerful bike with shocks and longer range (Jetway, 750 volts,14ah), and that one does everything I need it to do.

Bought it to modify it! Put 2 5000w hub motors on it, 2 150 amp controllers and a 100v battery! Now it does 85 and can just roast both tires! It’s actually scary! Love it!

This garbage e-bike stop working after one day. What a waste of money. For $500 I could have just put a little money more in and got something way better. But for some reason my son was fixated on getting this specific e-bike. Now his heart is broken that the bike stopped working so quickly. Will be sending back getting a refund and purchasing a bike from a real company. Do not wish your money. This bike feels very cheap for the price. And the battery is not good

Within 10 minutes of riding the tire was popped. We only road this bike on paved cement and sidewalk. They sent a replacement bike which was great, until we road it for about 20 minutes and then the tire went out again. I called and they sent me a replacement tire this time, but the tire was for a much larger bike. We have a different model of Jetson bike and it’s been great, but this specific bike model has been poor quality.

Got this on sale for black Friday (250$) and for that price it’s a great little bike. Quality is better than expected.
